Discover meditation and Buddhism as a family, have lunch together and visit one of Europe?s most beautiful Buddhist temples
Explore new keys to conscious, caring communication as a family. Come and discover the beneficial everyday wisdom of the Buddha?s teachings and meditation practice, on the unspoilt natural site of Lerab Ling.

The early morning will be devoted to practicing meditation together, in a simple, fun and child-friendly way. This will be followed by an opportunity for adults to share experiences and deepen their understanding. During this time, children and teenagers will have creative activities adapted to their needs and interests.

If you wish, you can join the Lerab Ling community for a vegetarian lunch, prepared with fresh and preferably organic produce, to be booked when you register. During the break you can enjoy the atmosphere of the temple and the surrounding nature, at your own pace.

After lunch, a fun tour of the temple is available for the whole family. A guide will introduce you to the exceptional history and raison d?être of this wisdom institute, and the key architectural features of this authentic masterpiece of Tibetan sacred art.

The tour will be followed by another session for parents. The children will have their own program during this time, before concluding the day together.
