ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These conditions govern online ticket sales (entry, guided tours, workshops, events, conferences, concerts, shows...) by the Community of communes Lodève and Larzac - Lodève and Larzac Tourist Office.
ARTICLE 2: Information and availability of tickets
The term “ticket” refers to all types of ticketing options offered on the online ticketing site. These options include, but are not limited to, the following tickets: entries, guided tours, workshops, events, conferences, concerts, shows...
Tickets are only valid for the activity and period indicated.
Ticket prices are listed in euros, all taxes included.
Ticket availability is real-time.
Different types of pricing may be offered depending on the services provided. The Community of communes Lodève and Larzac reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but tickets will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Tickets remain the property of the Community of communes Lodève and Larzac until complete and definitive payment has been received.
ARTICLE 3: Purchase of tickets online
You can place an order via the website of the Lodève and Larzac Tourist Office: www.tourisme-lodevois-larzac.fr
When purchasing online, before confirming your cart, you must specify your title, surname, first name, postal code, country, and email address.
Any order placed on the website www.tourisme-lodevois-larzac.fr implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All information provided and the confirmed order will serve as proof of the transaction.
You declare that you fully understand this.
The order confirmation will constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
After validating your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets and a summary of your order.
These tickets can either be printed or presented directly on a smartphone or tablet at the access control. In the case of free tickets or reduced rates, the Community of communes Lodève and Larzac reserves the right to check an identity document and proof of reduction dated less than three months prior.
ARTICLE 4: Cancellation by the buyer
In accordance with ordinance 2016-301 of March 14, 2016, relating to the legislative part of the Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
However, any cancellation for serious reasons (accident, illness, death of a relative) can be made up to 48 working hours before the date of the service in a letter or email to tourisme@lodevoisetlarzac.fr with justification. Whenever possible, an alternative date will be proposed by the Lodève and Larzac Tourist Office.
If no agreement is reached on a new date, definitive cancellation will take place and a refund will be made within 30 days of the event date.
No refund will be granted for errors made by the buyer on the online sales site of the Lodève and Larzac Tourist Office (error in date, price, or service).
No fees of any kind will be refunded or compensated.
A ticket cannot be refunded even in the case of loss or theft. However, it is possible to request a duplicate under the conditions specified in Article 6 in order to invalidate the original ticket and benefit from the same visitation rights.
ARTICLE 5: Cancellation and refund due to the community of communes Lodève and Larzac
Tickets for events cancelled by the Community of communes Lodève and Larzac without a possible reschedule, or affected by a temporary or permanent closure of the site may be subject to a refund request.
The Community of communes Lodève and Larzac commits to inform the public of exceptional, temporary or permanent closures, postponements, and/or cancellations by all means of communication, including information at ticket offices, social networks, institutional website, and online sales site.
The Community of communes Lodève and Larzac also undertakes to contact, as far as possible, the public likely to be concerned by a refund request meeting the criteria set out in this article.
Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
ARTICLE 6: Loss, theft, or damage of a ticket
In case of loss or damage, the Buyer can reprint the e-ticket that was sent to them at the time of purchase, or present themselves at a physical ticket office of the Lodève and Larzac Tourist Office to request a duplicate.
Issuing a duplicate automatically deactivates the original ticket.
ARTICLE 7: Applicable rights in case of dispute
The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 8: Personal data
The Community of communes Lodève and Larzac reserves the right to collect personal information and data concerning you. They are necessary for managing your order, as well as for improving the services and information we provide to you.
They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations, such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.
This information and data are also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, and oppose your personal data directly on the website.
