“A woman in a hat is a woman at one with herself.” That is Ziote’s motto. Having always had an interest in fashion, the enthusiasm for her early designs led her to make it into a career.
Switched on to the latest trends, interested in artistic and cultural phenomena, and a participant in expos, her work comprises both design (commissioned by clothes designers, choreographs and photographers) and production activities (design, production and marketing of hat collections), under the “Ziote” label.
The label has a focus on pillbox hats, hat veils, fur hats and berets. “I really like the idea that a hat can be kept on all evening.”
