Saint-Pierre-de-la-Fage, between causse and plain, is home to three hamlets, a rich ancient heritage and the state forest of Parlatges.
The municipality made up of 3 hamlets: Saint-Pierre, Parlatges and Mas de Bedos, occupies a strategic point between the Larzac causse and the plain.
The State Forest of Notre Dame de Parlatges, a highly appreciated walking area, covers a large part of the territory. The Chapel of Parlatges houses a magnificent altarpiece from the 14th century renovated by Dardé in 1926. That of St Pierre, also remarkable and of Carolingian era, underwent renovations in 1978. The grain mill ruined in 1830 has been rebuilt identically at the beginning of this century. A characteristic lavogne of the Causse has regained its initial appearance thanks to the foundation of Heritage and the will of the Municipal Council. Numerous menhirs and dolmens attract walkers and various avens captivate specialists.
