After an underground route, in the limestone of the Causses de Blandas and southern Larzac, where its passage is indicated only by a dry valley, the Vis river emerges violently at the place called la Foux. The village of Navacelles is located 7km downstream. In the corridor of these spectacular gorges, a nearly ordinary society has persisted over the centuries with its paths, its crops, its herds and small industries. An exceptional place and a moment out of time! It should also be noted that you can do this hike accompanied by a donkey.
