Scènes des 3 Tours presents: A Musical Breakfast with the TCHAYOK Trio, featuring Slavic and Gypsy music.

Born out of a shared love for Slavic and Gypsy music, Tchayok is composed of three musicians: Vladimir and Romain Gourko, of Russian-Ukrainian origin (vocals, guitar, primas balalaika), and Yoann Godefroy (double bass, balalaika)

Tchayok takes the audience on a journey through Eastern Europe and all the way to the Caucasus with the sounds of voices, balalaikas, and guitars. The fiery Gypsy rhythms and heart-wrenching ballads are performed with poetry, nuance, and virtuosity, and are magnified by the power of the three harmonizing voices.
