Come and discover the beneficial wisdom of the Buddha?s teachings and meditation. These days are an invitation to take a break and get in touch with your inner self. You'll also discover the Lerab Ling temple, one of the most majestic in Europe.

The morning will be devoted to discovering this wisdom and practicing meditation in a simple and fun way. It will also be an opportunity to exchange ideas on profound questions, thanks to moments of sharing.

If you wish, you can join the Lerab Ling community for a vegetarian lunch, prepared with fresh and preferably organic produce, to be reserved when you register.

After lunch, accompanied by a guide, you'll visit the Lerab Ling site and temple, an authentic masterpiece of Tibetan sacred art.

You'll discover the exceptional history and raison d?être of this institute of wisdom, its architecture, the symbolism of the temple decorations and the Buddha statue.

You can also ask questions and enjoy the atmosphere of the temple and surrounding nature, at your own pace.
