"Friterie mon ami," produced by the Bonjour Désordre company, is an interactive street theater performance that sets up the world's most modest fry shop in a public space to explore the concept of hospitality.

A welcoming ritual to which you are invited, taking refuge in the world’s most modest fry shop.
Are people from the North welcoming? Chit-chat among the guests: those we meet over a cone, who work to keep us together—beams of sunshine. What of hospitality in times of perpetual crisis?
To welcome is also to receive. Bring your best potato.
