BALADE CYCLO AUTOUR DU PASTORALISME EN LARZAC

%C0 As part of the 2026 Roc Castel Festival and the International Year of Pastoralism and Women Farmers, and in partnership with the Grand Site du Cirque de Navacelles, I am offering a guided agro-pastoral bike tour open to the general public.
This activity is free.

It is open to children accompanied by their parents, who, like the children, must bring their own bicycles and safety gear.

The tour will depart from the festival square in Caylar at 9:30 a.m. and return around lunchtime. The route is approximately 40 kilometers long and will take up to 3 hours, depending on the weather, and will follow trails and small roads (suitable for hybrid bikes, gravel bikes, and e-hybrid bikes).

The ride will feature several themed visits and stops to explore life in the Causse region, agropastoral practices on the Larzac, and the surrounding landscapes. It will include stops (landscape interpretation, a visit and discussion with a livestock farmer, and themed activities) as well as a tasting of local products.

Space is limited to 20 participants (reservations by text message).
