"Gentleness and Autumn Energy" Workshop

Treat yourself to a break to prepare your body for the change of seasons. This workshop, designed to be extremely gentle and accessible to absolutely everyone, invites you to explore your own comfort without focusing on performance.

Release accumulated physical tension

Give your nervous system a deep sense of relaxation

Recharge your vital energy to welcome fall

Laying the foundation for a return to yourself and a gentle process of introspection suited to the cold season

No prior experience is necessary. Just come as you are, wearing comfortable clothing.
