A day for foraging, cooking… and enjoying a delicious meal!
How about treating yourself to a day to slow down, get some fresh air, and discover wild and aromatic plants?
I invite you to join me for a delicious plant-based workshop on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in Saint-Maurice-Navacelles, in my garden, “La Clef des Champs.”
On the agenda:
- A nature walk to learn how to identify some edible wild and aromatic plants.
- Sustainable foraging and learning the right techniques.
- Plants to observe, smell, touch, and taste, along with their stories and little secrets.
- In the afternoon, it’s time to cook: together, we’ll turn your harvest into delicious plant-based dishes that are easy to recreate at home.
And of course, you’ll leave with your creations, the workshop recipes, and a break from your daily routine.
