It's just a short step from foraging to the plate... A gourmet day to discover the season's edible and aromatic wild plants and turn them into delicious dishes.
Presentation
A day in the southern Larzac region at the "La Clef des Champs" garden to share, in a simple way, the techniques and knowledge of aromatic plants.You’ll create culinary creations using the herbs you’ve picked, from harvest to plate.
The day is divided into two parts: in the morning, a nature walk to identify plants and learn about their properties— a true treasure trove for those who know how to unlock the mysteries of nature—enough to fill your forager’s basket.
And in the afternoon, a workshop on creating gourmet treats. Yum!
