ANOUCK MANZONI, ANAGOGIE - MUSÉE DE LODÈVE

Anouck Manzoni’s works strike a unique chord with the
geology and paleontology collections of the Lodève Museum. Created through a process of
sedimentation, they explore slow temporalities and transformations of matter that echo those at work in geological phenomena. Somewhere between a deposit and an imprint, they give form to matter shaped by time, evoking traces
of plants, minerals, or cosmic forces.

Anouck Manzoni is a visual artist who lives and works in Montpellier.
This fall, she has been invited by the Lodève Museum to exhibit some twenty works in the print room and in select galleries of the museum’s permanent exhibitions.

Guided tour by the artist: Saturday, September 19 at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Free with reservation
