What if you took the time to truly get to know this beautiful plant?
Not just to learn its name, its properties, or how to use it.
But to look at her, touch her, smell her, taste her, and discover the stories and imaginations that surround her… and perhaps, through her, rediscover something about yourself.
This workshop will feature sensory experiences, an olfactory meditation, self-expression, plant lore, a plant presentation, and other little secrets of the present moment.
