He is a member of the "Aux P'tits Producteurs" collective in Lodève, a boutique of local producers committed to offering quality products in a short circuit. Maxime More-Chevalier is a certified organic beekeeper based in Vasplongues, Hérault.
He is a member of the "Aux P'tits Producteurs" collective in Lodève, a boutique of local producers committed to offering quality products in a short circuit.
Maxime's honeys are produced by beekeepers who respect the environment and bees, reflecting the region's floral wealth. You can find them at the "Aux P'tits Producteurs" store, located on Place de la République in Lodève, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm, or at the Lodève Tourist Office.
It produces lavender, chestnut, garrigue and white heather honeys, as well as pollen, gingerbread and other honey-based gourmet specialties.
