Sheep-breeding territory since Neolithic times, the Larzac is one of the most famous limestone plateaus in the south of France. More than just a physical support, it's a natural and social environment from which the whole approach of the Farm stems.
A small clique of young farmers motivated to try the adventure of sheep farming in transition to a low-carbon world, have settled in the commune of Saint-Maurice-de-Navacelles to work together and build a sheep farm that respects the land and the planet.
