Presentation
One of the oldest (creation in 1927) and now the smallest cooperative structure of the Herault departement. This little cellar is located in the heart of the "Larzac Terrace" terroir. A lovely listed village with a castle of the 12th century. The vineyard of Pégairolles de l'Escalette is situated on the scree slope of the Larzac, one of the most picturesque sites of the Languedoc region (vineyards on slopes with small plots, low walls and "capitelles" between 300 and 450 meters high in a valley). Tasting this wine, which is a real identity card, will enable you to discovery the particularity and the originality of this terroir.
