Located in Lodève, the covered market was built in 1819 on the site of the former Saint-Pierre parish church. It is now open to the public as an original venue for the Lodève sculptor Paul Dardé to display three of his imposing works: “Le Christ aux Outrages”, “La Cheminée Monumentale” and a cast of Neanderthal man.
