"This stay allows you to recharge your batteries, learn or deepen your meditation skills in an environment that inspires rest, reflection and renewal. Located on the edge of the Parc Naturel des Grands Causses, Lerab Ling offers everyone the opportunity to take a break from their daily lives by enjoying a calm environment where nature is preserved.
We offer two meditation sessions per day guided by experienced instructors and have a library and media center at your disposal throughout the day. Free time can be used for outdoor meditation and nature walks, with many hiking trails." Lerab Ling
The duration of a meditation stay is a minimum of two days and two nights within the date slots indicated.
Welcome on Mondays and Fridays of each week from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Activity appropriate for adults only.
Lodging and meals on site required.
