Natural caves that are an absolute must-see in a village located on a Unesco World Heritage Site. Roquefort Gabriel COULET is a family business since 1872. 5 times Gold Medal winner awarded by the C.G.A (International Agricultural Show) of Paris for its cheeses. Visiting the Caves is free, and it includes a cheese tasting after the visit. There are almost 150 regional products to discover in the shop.
