The La Vacqueroise brewery has been based on the Plateau du Larzac, a UNESCO World Heritage site, in the small village of La Vacquerie since 2010.
Véronique and Didier, two epicureans with a passion for good food, local produce, wines and characterful beers, were driven by the desire to create a business in the village and develop a project that reflected their own personality. Driven by great creativity and after a great deal of thought, they decided to make their own beer and share their passion with others!
After numerous recipe trials to find the perfect formula, the magic of transformation worked and gave life to La Vacqueroise.
Every summer, from June onwards, they invite you into their idyllic setting to sample their beers and eat gourmet tartine specialities made from local produce in a bucolic, country atmosphere.
