The Cirque de Navacelles and its 300m canyon (carved out over millenia by the Vis) are an ecological and geological wonder. They tucked in the heart of the Causse where the concentration of megaliths is one of the most important in France. It offers visitors a spectacular panorama and a fauna and flora that is rare and exceptional.

At the heart of the Causses and the Cevennes, recently added to the list of World Heritage Sites of UNESCO, and on the way to becoming a Grange Site de France, the Cirque de Navacelles is an exciting witness to a long geological history and the powerful force of water in the midst of vast limestone plateaus in the south Massif Central.
