STAGE DE WUTAO ET DANSE LIBRE
Give yourself a moment to yourself before the summer: Wutao and free dance workshop, all levels.
Enjoy the pleasure of "getting back into your body" and reconnecting with what's dancing inside you.
The workshop takes place over two days, with 5 hours of practice on the first day, and 4 on the second.
An additional dance session is planned for Saturday evening.
Lunches are included, vegetarian and made with local produce.
For those coming from afar, there is the possibility of sleeping on site.
The two instructors, Cécile Chastang and Merce Nebot, arrive from Avignon, where they both teach. Together, they form a very complementary and rich duo to accompany you on this bodily journey.
