CHRISTMAS TREE CONTEST

Free game with no purchase necessary, based on a lottery principle, open from 02/12/2025 at 09:30 to 23/12/2025 at 15:59, reserved for major individuals residing in metropolitan France. 

Organizer

The game is organized by the Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac, an administrative public service whose headquarters is located at 1 place Francis Morand 34700 LODÈVE and the SIRET number is: 20001734100088, in partnership with its member partners. 

Prizes

The winner will receive a gift basket worth a total of 300€ composed of the following prizes: 

The Chili Peppers from the End of the World : 1 gift card worth 50€ (excludes shipping costs) to be used on the website https://les-piments-du-bout-du-monde.sumupstore.com/ and valid until October 30, 2026. 
The Beehive of Vasplongues : 2 jars of Pralinou and 1 gingerbread worth a total of 29.5€. 
The Gardens of Altou : 1 herbal tea, 1 jam, and 1 jar of aromatic herbs worth a total of 18€. 
Le Mas Caoudou : 3 bottles of wine from the Envol range in white, red, and rosé worth 28€.  
EBE The Green Bee : 1 voucher worth 20€ to be used at the recycling center "Le Recyclage Lodévois", 1 city tour in a golf cart for 2 people worth 8€ and a box of truffle worth 8€. 
Atelier Maxime de Simone : 1 pair of bronze earrings worth 69€.
Bookstore Un Point, Un Trait : 2 books, 1 bag, and 1 mug worth a total of 40€.  
Kaea Soap Factory : 1 box of 4 soaps worth a total of 26€.  
Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac : 1 notebook worth 3.50€.

Participation conditions and mechanics of the game. 

To validate their participation, the participant must hang a wish in the Christmas Tree located inside the Tourist Office of Lodève (this action is optional and does not count towards the validation of participation), complete the participation form, and drop it into the box between 02/12/2025 at 9:30 AM and 23/12/2025 at 11:59 PM.  

Participation in the game implies the acceptance without reservation of participants of the present rules in their entirety. 

Participation, reserved for adults, is limited to one form per person (same first name, same last name, same email address). 

Staff of the Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac are not allowed to participate in the game.  

Designation of the winner

At the end of the game, the winner will be randomly drawn on December 23, 2025, at 4 PM from all valid entries collected during the duration of the contest, and then will be individually contacted by a member of the Tourist Office by email or phone within 24 hours following the draw. Their contact details will be forwarded to the operation partners.  

The winner will then have 30 days to collect their gift basket. No postal shipment will be made. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours following the announcement of the win, a new drawing may be held to designate another winner without the previous one being able to claim their prize. 

The name of the winner may be published on the website of the Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac as well as on its social networks (Facebook and Instagram).  

Any illegible entry, fraudulent participation, or non-compliance with the conditions outlined in these rules will be considered invalid. 

Liability and disputes

The present rules are subject to French law. 

The prizes are neither exchangeable, nor modifiable, nor refundable, nor transferable by the winner.  

The Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac reserves the right to replace the prizes with equivalent prizes in case of unforeseen circumstances.

The Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, defer, or cancel the game without its liability being engaged. 

Personal data and permissions 

In accordance with the data protection regulations in force, the personal information collected in the context of the contest will be used for the management of the contest. For those who checked the newsletter registration box, the information will be recorded in the database of the Tourist Office for promotional newsletter sending purposes (3 to 6 general information sends about the Lodévois and Larzac area per year). 

The data will not be subject to any further processing or transfer to third parties.

Moreover, participants benefit from a right of access, rectification, and deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, they must contact the Tourist Office Lodévois and Larzac in writing (email or postal mail to the headquarters of the organizer).
