Small 8-hectare vineyard perched on the heights of the Terrasses du Larzac.
Former vines of the Prieuré Saint Michel de Grandmont.
These vines are "lasta", meaning "last" in Esperanto. Clinging to the Causse in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, these Grenache and Syrah vines are the last plots before climbing to the plateau. They are also the last vestiges of the Priory's monastic viticulture.
An exceptional terroir on the heights between Lodève and Saint-Privat. Anne-Laure's wines are organic and natural (no added inputs or sulfites, neither fined nor filtered). Labeled "vin méthode nature". She offers 2 AOP wines, including 1 "Terrasses du Larzac". In her cellar in Saint-Jean -De-La-Blaquière, she welcomes you by appointment for a tasting that will not leave your taste buds indifferent.
