JOURNÉE DÉCOUVERTE DE LA MÉDITATION À LÉRAB LING
Join us with family or friends this summer and discover meditation, the site of
Lerab Ling and its temple decorated with a 7 meter high Buddha statue.
In the morning, meditation teachers will welcome you in the main hall of the temple
and introduce you to the basic principles of meditation in a simple and entertaining way. All
meditation and experience the benefits of meditation first hand. There are
there are interactive moments during which you have the opportunity to ask questions.
After lunch a guide will take you on a tour of the site and the temple of Lerab Ling. He tells you about the
about the architecture, the symbolism of the decorations and the activity of the place.
You have the possibility of having lunch on the spot by reserving in advance.
