This winding section hugs the tormented contours but is no less pleasant for it. You enter the Monts d’Orb national forest, which gives you a local glimpse of the deep Joncels and Gravezon valleys. This is a very beautiful mixed forest where pioneer species, such as Douglas fir and Corsican pine, are now mixed with beech.
